Day 239 - 3.2 km Run in two halves
Needed to get blood drawn for tests this week so took the bus to Balmoral Road and then ran to Labtests on Manukau Road, 1.5 kms away. Did the blood draw and then ran from there to home, a further 1.8 km.
Distance: 3.2km total
Time: 19:00 ish total
Average Speed: 10 kph ish
