Day 228 - 3 km - better than yesterday
Ran a little further this time, adding some 200 odd meters at the start of the course to see what else is in Carlaw Park Ave.
Ran up through the Domain and stopped to walk fewer times than yesterday, ran for longer stretches and ran quicker and better than yesterday's effort.
