Day 187 - Post 2 - A Second Run again

This time I was running form the bus stop on Kakariki to the dairy to get there in time before it closed.


Got to say that 6 months ago I would not have made that distance in any shape without running out of breath or stopping/walking.

Instead did it in sneakers, not runners, in jeans and a t-shirt not shorts.
