Day 187 - 1 mile, no stops 2 songs

Ran before heading into work for the day to finish up the office move from yesterday, so got it out of the way early on. But as I'll have my son with me it is definitely better to do it before than try and juggle that later. Ran all the way with no stops and in under 2 songs including warm up. They must be over 4 minutes each but they were not chosen so ... woo hoo!
