Day 344 - Run the block in Reverse again

This time in the hot afternoon sun with no app and no music.

Walked the kids home from school and then while they played in the park I ran round the block and back again, adding 200 odd meters to the distance.

Ran to 3/4 of the way round and then struggled with the last half a kilometer up the hills.
