Run one to school, as fast as possible in the hot sun and 1.2 km to pick up the kids from school.

Run two home from school with the son, this time running walking 800 or so meters (minus the walk from the school grounds to Mr Whippy) after a pre-run ice cream.

No stops apart from road crossing there, plenty of stops but making better time on the second run.
