Day 322 - just under 4 km barely stopping
Ran to Empire, up Coronation, back down Selwyn to St Andrews, up Mt Albert Road and all the way to Kingsway so that's 2.45 km without stopping, waited for traffic and then ran 300 meters, then walked 100 meters then ran the rest of the way home - a further 1 km without stopping.
