Day 299 - 1 mile to get dinner and then walked back
Ran up my own street, then St A's, Onslow, Manukau Road, and stopped at Greenwoods corner.
Should have put the brace on my elbow because it was sore by the time I got there and throbbing by the time I got back home carrying dinner.
